I listen to the Daily Audio Bible podcast. Daily Bible readings from OT, NT, Psalms and Proverbs followed by a short commentary then community prayer requests. Encouraging and a safe space 🩷
That sounds great! I’ve been enjoying listening to Nicky Gumbel’s commentary for the Bible in One Year plan which is the audio of the Biblical passages interspersed with reflection and encouragement.
Awww thanks for the shout out friend! God's Word truly is LIFE!!! (If only I could find where my favourite Bible got put in the last minute boxes of our move. . . I feel like I am missing a limb!)
Thank you for posting! One of the ways my husband and I are learning together is starting our early morning with Tara Leigh-Cobble and the Bible re-cap. We love studying the Word this way! She also connects to The Bible Project which is another amazing study app. Phillip & Lisa
Yes! There’s so many great resources to help us dive deep into the Word. I’m doing a different Bible in a Year at the moment but I have friends doing The Bible Recap. 👏🏼
This year I have been doing a reading plan with an app on my phone. After a number of years of struggling to read the word, I am reading it with freshness. Writing is a bit difficult for me at the moment but I love that God is speaking to me
BiblePlan M'Cheyne. It tells me what percentage I have read and and allows me to highlight what I have read - I must see both of those things as a reward 😁
This is true in my life! I am a better version of myself in every way when I stay in the Word and pray consistently.
Amen, and snap!

Ooooh, hate it when I can’t use a particular Bible!!

I try to read in the Bible most every day. It really helps to keep my head on straight!
It’s easy to notice the difference, right?!
This is so encouraging. Thanks for sharing.
Takes the pressure off 💛
Try Psalm 107 for encouragement!
